Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct thorough assessments to onboard new women entrepreneurs into IPDC’s financing programs.
∎ Guide clients through the on boarding process, ensuring they meet necessary criteria and understand the financial products available to them.
∎ Organize and facilitate training sessions for women entrepreneurs, specifically tailored to IPDC's loan products under the "Access to Finance" initiative.
∎ Provide ongoing support and mentorship to entrepreneurs, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required for business growth.
∎ Maintain and strengthen relationships with strategic partners to increase business volumes, particularly within the CMSME (Cottage, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) sector.
∎ Identify and engage with new strategic partners to enhance brand recognition and collaboration opportunities & Work closely with partners to identify and facilitate financing and training opportunities for potential women entrepreneurs within their networks.
∎ Ensure active participation in social campaigns and engagements that align with IPDC's mission of promoting women entrepreneurship & evaluate and explore opportunities for new promotional campaigns, aiming to attract and onboard new clients through various marketing initiatives.
∎ Understand strategic partners' documents for loan processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IPDC’s requirements & perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate and optimize collaborations with new strategic partners, enhancing the company’s financial outreach to women entrepreneurs.
