Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Lead Generation and Conversion,
∎ Giving Demonstration, Training and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/ services,
∎ Providing pre-sales and post-sales support,
∎ Writing reports and sales literature,
∎ Willingness to travel (across country),
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
∎ Actively see out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media,
∎ Negotiate /close deals and handle complaints or objections,
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results,
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams,
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales,
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques,
∎ Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet,
