• Supervise day-to-day operations of the distribution point, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of products.

• Maintain proper stock records, inventory levels, and product movement logs.

• Maintain effective control over inventory stock levels and safety stock, and arrange for regular replenishment as needed.

• Ensure accurate cash handling, documentation, and timely deposit of sales proceeds.

• Lead and monitor a small team of assistants, team representatives, and delivery personnel.

• Ensure proper storage, hygiene, and safety measures of goods at the distribution point.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, stock, and distribution performance.

• Take necessary steps to reduce product wastage, leakage, and operational loss.

• Willing to perform duty at Sweets/bakery item distribution point.
