Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct comprehensive analysis of ESG factors to identify whether projects can be classified under green/sustainable finance and provide recommendations to make the project green/sustainable, if applicable.
∎ Conduct in-depth research and analysis on sustainability practices, emerging ESG trends, and due diligence procedures in sustainable finance.
∎ Support stakeholders with research and tool creation to enhance sustainable finance project execution and product development. Craft strategies for project delivery.
∎ Undertake capacity building sessions and produce deliverables (e.g. training content, pitches, case studies).
∎ Prepare written materials, including but not limited to memos and letters and send to internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure proper documentation process for both pre and post approval of a loan and meeting the audit compliance in regards to sustainable finance.
∎ Build rapport and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including regulators).
∎ Provide support on special projects and assignments, particularly those aligned with IPDC’s broader mission and goals in the realms of ESG and sustainable finance.
∎ Perform all other interdepartmental duties assigned by the Management.
