• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, or any recognized public university.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or civil construction projects, preferably with MS Project.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, project documentation, coordination, and knowledge of BNBC, construction practices, and safety standards.

• Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit, and Autodesk Navisworks.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure and travel to project sites as required.

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with site and office teams.

• Prepare and maintain project progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.

• Support project teams in resource planning, procurement follow-up, and vendor coordination.

• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for effective project execution.

• Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost tracking under supervision.

• Maintain project correspondence, records, and filing systems.

• Support in resolving site-level issues by timely communication with relevant authorities.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, safety standards, and company procedures.

• Provide administrative and technical support to project managers as required
