Responsibilities & Context:
The Bashundhara Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh having involvement in all spheres of business and providing diverse range of products and services, is looking for Assistant Engineer (Production) for its LP Gas industry at Bashundhara Industrial Park Keranigonj (BIPK), having the following responsibilities:
Execute production and supervise the production team in a safe, smooth and effective manner
Improve production efficiency by analyzing and planning the workflow and resources
Ensure the quality of finished goods
Ensure availability of consumable items in a timely manner
Generate and distribute various production-related reports.
Supervise the loading and unloading operation of LPG road tanker and ship.
Identify the near future breakdown of different parts and machinery and coordinate with the maintenance team to take necessary steps.
