Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the operation, maintenance, and supervision of the central air conditioning plant, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Facilitate the team in the day-to-day operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of package-type, VRF, and split-type air conditioning units.
Supervise and maintain the sanitary pumping systems and fire protection equipment to ensure they remain functional and meet all safety requirements.
Monitor, maintain, and coordinate the smooth operation and upkeep of lift and escalator systems, addressing any mechanical issues promptly.
Prepare and maintain proper documentation for daily, weekly & monthly maintenance reports for all machines.
