Experience:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or equivalent discipline.

• Age 26 to 38 years

• Strong practical experience in SMD and through-hole soldering/desoldering.

• Solid knowledge of analog, digital, power electronics, and microcontroller systems.

• Experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi or similar brands) and VFD configuration/parameter setting.

• Familiarity with PCB design and simulation tools such as Altium Designer, Proteus, or KiCad

Job Summary:

The Assistant Engineer (Electronics) will act as a key technical professional at the Head Office, responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and upgrading of industrial electronic systems. The role focuses on reducing machine downtime by repairing critical electronic components such as PLCs, VFDs, and PCBs, while also contributing to research, innovation, robotics, and automation development across different production units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Industrial Electronics Repair & Maintenance.

• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of multi-layer PCBs, control cards, and power boards used in industrial equipment.

• Diagnose and repair PLCs and VFDs at hardware level, including replacement of ICs, IGBTs, capacitors, and other electronic components.

•  proper functionality before deployment.

2. Research & Development (R&D).

• Assist in designing and developing custom electronic circuits to replace obsolete components or improve existing machinery systems.

• Develop interfaces between industrial communication protocols and modern sensor technologies.

• Maintain proper technical documentation including circuit diagrams, repair procedures, and R&D reports.

3. Robotics & Automation.

• Support design, assembly, and programming of robotic systems, including robotic arms and AGVs for production and logistics automation.

• Assist in developing firmware for microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, and STM32.

• Contribute to IoT-based industrial monitoring systems for real-time data tracking and automation control.

4. Technical Support.

• Provide technical assistance to field/site engineers for complex electronic faults, both remotely and on-site when required.

• Perform additional technical tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
