• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or a related discipline from a recognized university.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in the LED lighting or electronics manufacturing sector.

1. Manage and oversee complete operations for LED products from sourcing to final delivery.

2. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material availability, quality standards, specifications, and timely production schedules.

3. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to track shipment schedules and ensure timely deliveries to warehouses or customers.

4. Monitor material readiness, identify risks or delays, and communicate proactively with management.

5. Provide operational support to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production flow.

6. Review quality inspection reports and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.

7. Liaise closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Production, and Quality Management teams to resolve issues efficiently.

8. Prepare and present regular status updates, operational dashboards, and performance reports to management.

9. Maintain effective communication among suppliers, factory operations, marketing, and management teams.

10. Explore new technologies and developments to support timely introduction of new LED models.

11. Conduct periodic factory visits to ensure process adherence and operational discipline.

12. Continuously evaluate operational processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements.
