• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in new product development, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer durable industry.

• Conduct thorough local and international market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.

• Visit markets, exhibitions, and manufacturing facilities to benchmark products and identify potential suppliers or technology partners.

• Analyze customer needs, market data, and industry insights to prepare comprehensive market intelligence reports for management decision-making.

• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Sourcing teams to ensure the smooth development and successful launch of new products.

• Support product feasibility studies, cost analysis, and business case development for new initiatives.

• Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend continuous improvements based on market feedback and data analysis.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other industry stakeholders to enhance innovation and sourcing capabilities.

• Stay abreast of new technologies, materials, regulations, and quality standards relevant to the company’s product lines.
