Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in business, finance, economics or related field, from one of the top business schools and universities.
∎ CFA, CIMA, ACCA or any professional degree will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of work experience in Investment Banking/ Structured Finance/Corporate Banking.
∎ Knowledge of syndicated loans market and understanding the role of lead arranger and facility agent
∎ Proven experience of working in loan syndication and club financing
∎ Proficient in review of Loan and Credit agreements, Facility Agreements and supporting documentation
∎ Skills in resolving customer/agent bank inquiries/disputes by troubleshooting and researching problems.
∎ Strong presence and network across the business and financial communities.
∎ Assist in sourcing and structuring investment banking transactions.
∎ Possess strong written, presentation, and communications skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Display high degree of diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with internal and external clients, staff and managers at all levels. Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
∎ Strong knowledge in finance, accounting, BSEC, BB rules & regulations and corporate & securities laws.
