Responsibilities & Context:
Overall supervision and monitoring the Electrical maintenance team and operational works of process and utility machineries.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule to ensure minimum breakdown and maximum efficiency of machines.
Develop the skills of team members in electrical & electronics to solve the trouble shooting of machines easily.
The effective management of the spare parts to minimize the cost and ensure adequate supply for ongoing operation.
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical system and troubleshooting electrical issues.
Perform routine maintenance, repair of electrical equipment.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient & safe operation.
Regularly monitoring & inspection of electrical system including power distribution, control system & equipment’s to ensure they are functioning properly.
Must Supervise Installation & Commissioning of Substations and other Electrical & Utility Equipment including Compressors, Gas Generators, etc.
Must have computer literacy, conversant with MS Office, ERP software, Auto CAD and relevant engineering software`s.
Must carry out Maintenance (schedule & trouble-shooting) of substations and other Electrical & Utility Equipment.
Develop SOP for operation and maintenance of auto rice mills machineries.
