∎ Masters or Bachelors in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring and checking line-wise planning.
∎ Capable of handling a full cutting section with improved quality and time management.
∎ Maintain the SOP of the Cutting section.
∎ Develop the Team, and lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting section.
∎ Collect information from the Store, regarding the in-house of the fabric and accessories.
∎ Collecting samples and markers from the CAD department, and cutting the size set.
∎ Inputting the cutting goods into the line as per the Planning.
∎ Achieving daily and monthly targets of each section of cutting.
∎ Obtaining QC approval for the Sample / Size and the Bulk-cut, accordingly.
∎ Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan.
∎ Ensure Fabric Relaxing, as per the types of Fabrics.
∎ Ensuring the Fabrics Consumption is within the set plan. If consumption is excess, then take approval from CAD and Merchandising.
∎ Bundling the cut panels as per the order
∎ Line input shall be given as per Order – Plan – Cut.
∎ Ensure the table planning is as per the order sheet.
∎ Ensure end-bit management as per SOP.
∎ Resolve all types of auto-cutting problems.
∎ Managing the team with proper guidance and ensuring good team bonding by taking necessary steps.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must have experience in related field.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
∎ Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.
∎ Computer literacy with efficient operational experience.
