Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work for motorcycle Customer service department to maintain Customer care section.
∎ Provide product and service information to customers through Facebook/Email/call center inbound/outbound channel quickly by good manner.
∎ Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
∎ Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
∎ Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
∎ Ability to use computer system for CR management (Excel, Word, Power Point) Windows XP, Microsoft outlook, Internet Explorer.
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
∎ Good Communication skill in both Bengali and English with appropriate accent and good typing skill required.
∎ Report to management daily, Weekly & monthly update situation.
∎ Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails.
∎ Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
∎ To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.

∎ Age 22 to 28 years

∎ Customer relationship ( Telecommunication, E-mail & Facebook ).
∎ Effective problem solving & decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned.
∎ A thorough knowledge of product and services of the company as well as industry.
∎ Ability to use computer system for CR management.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & verbal abilities of English.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
