∎ To identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.
∎ To resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
∎ To maintain a high level of customer engagement and service quality.
∎ To update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
∎ To follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
∎ To meet call handling, response time, and customer service targets.
∎ To work closely with other departments to improve customer service and support.
∎ To adhere to company policies, procedures, and call center best practices.
