Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Front Desk Management.
∎ • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
∎ • Ensure smooth communication with departments or individuals.
∎ • Assist with coordinating interviews, and appointments for staff, guests, and clients.
∎ • Monitor and maintain office supplies for the reception area and common areas.
∎ • Guest Coordination for special Events.
∎ • Follow-up company security protocols, such as checking IDs and issuing guest passes.
∎ • Assist with administrative tasks, such as asset inventory check list, document preparation, office cleaning check list record-keeping, resume shortcut work and camera check list record-keeping.
∎ • Handle basic customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
