Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Call Center or FMCG.
∎ Good communication skill & Problem solving
∎ Proven experience skill to tackle challenging situation.
∎ Customer friendly & professional attitudes.
∎ Candidates with experience at Chaldal or Foodpanda will get priority.
∎ Prior experience in call center or customer service is preferred.
∎ Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Patient, positive, and professional demeanor.
∎ Proficiency in computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.
∎ Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
∎ Bengali & English conversational skills.
∎ CRM, Excel Data Management, Microsoft Office Suite, and GSuite proficiency.
∎ Good typing speed.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
∎ Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns and convert the call for the sales.
∎ Provide accurate information to customers and address their queries.
∎ Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including call logs, sales summaries, and feedback on market conditions.
