• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Call Center or FMCG.

• Good communication skill & Problem solving

• Proven experience skill to tackle challenging situation.

• Customer friendly & professional attitudes.

• Candidates with experience at Chaldal or Foodpanda will get priority.

• Prior experience in call center or customer service is preferred.

• Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Patient, positive, and professional demeanor.

• Proficiency in computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.

• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.

Skills & Expertise:

• Bengali & English conversational skills.

• CRM, Excel Data Management, Microsoft Office Suite, and GSuite proficiency.

• Good typing speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.

• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns and convert the call for the sales.

• Provide accurate information to customers and address their queries.

• Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including call logs, sales summaries, and feedback on market conditions.
