Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Loan Collection: Collect overdue loans from customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
∎ Communication: Communicate with customers to understand their financial situations and negotiate payment plans to ensure timely repayment.
∎ Data Management: Accurately update customer records and loan data in our database.
∎ Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on loan collection activities to management.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Credit, Risk, and Operations, to ensure effective loan collection and customer service
