  • Proficiency in MS Office, logistics software, and ERP systems.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Implement and optimize inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels.

  • Supervise the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods to reduce waste and minimize operational costs.

  • Ensure proper documentation, stock rotation, and warehouse safety practices.

  • Provide customer service to AEEA Commissary members and act as the main liaison between members and AEEA Management.

  • Manage all inbound and outbound international shipments.

  • Oversee customs clearance, documentation, and compliance requirements.

  • Ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.

  • Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and forecast supply chain demand.

  • Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and local health and safety standards.

  • Coordinate internal audits and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Evaluate vendor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness, reliability, and quality.

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor logistics coordinators, warehouse personnel, and commissary staff.

  • Identify and assess risks related to transportation, storage, vendor reliability, and supply chain disruptions.

  • Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity during emergencies or global disruptions.

  • Plan and manage commissary events, promotions, marketing activities, and seasonal programs.

  • Coordinate with members for personal shipments within commissary and club F&B capabilities.

  • Ensure availability and sourcing of required international items at the best possible rates and quality.

  • Collaborate with interrelated teams (F&B, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, etc.) for smooth event execution.
