Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Import Documentation: Handle invoice, packing list, and sales contract.
∎ Shipping Documents: Collect shipping Delivery Order (DO) from shipping line and Bill of Lading (BL) from forwarder.
∎ Customs Coordination: Cooperate with customs Sarkar at CEPZ for assessment.
∎ Banking Tasks: Manage bank-related work.
∎ Export Documentation: Handle invoice, packing list, sales contract, export permission (EP), and export permit (EXP).
∎ Shipping Order (SO): Collect SO from forwarder.
∎ Customs Coordination: Work with customs sarkar at CEPZ & Depot for assessment and inspection.
∎ Banking Tasks: Manage bank-related work, including payments and LC management.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
