∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Typically requires a minimum 2+ year’s background in retail industry with 03 years of experience in retail pharmacy Sales or Category Management or a similar role.Deep understanding of the Pharmacy market and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in managing assigned pharmacy product categories (e.g., OTC drugs, supplements, personal care, medical devices).Work closely with the Category Manager to prepare branch-specific opening assortments based on store size, location, and customer profile.Maintain tracking sheets for new store setups to monitor inventory readiness and assortment accuracy.Coordinate initial purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of SKUs required for new store openings.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers or manufacturers.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with contractual agreements.Develop and implement pharma category strategies to meet business objectives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity. Oversee the selection, sourcing, and management of products within the category.Generate regular reports on sales, margin performance, and inventory levels.Work with outlets to manage over-stock, stock-outs, slow-moving.Use this information to optimize the product assortment and pricing strategy.Choose the right mix of products, work closely with suppliers or manufacturers, and manage the product lifecycle from selection to discontinuation.Product Assortment based on space management & merchandising as per each outlet.Ensure stores adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and licensing requirements.
