Responsibilities :

  • Brand life-cycle Management: We are looking for someone who’s not just an industry expert, but a sales-driven closer. Someone who knows the electronics market inside out and can bring top-tier brands into our ecosystem while driving growth through strategic, numbers-backed decisions. Think appliances (large and small), TVs, audio, gaming, computing and anything electronics: if you’ve onboarded brands, scaled them or, we want you on our team.

  • Team Co-ordination: After onboarding, each brand will have their dedicated account manager. The candidate will work with the account manager, Head of Key Accounts and relevant category manager to ensure content, pricing and marketing strategies for each priority brands.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data to evaluate key commercial performance parameter for the priority brands, prepare management reporting and constantly monitor input and output metrics (traffic funnel, conversion metrics, ad spend efficiency, partner commitment tracking)

  • Internal and external presentations: Deliver high-impact presentations, both internally and externally, to communicate value creation opportunities, provide data driven insights and to finally influence decisions.

  • Revenue Optimization: Maximize key partners business potential through delivering daraz commitments and negotiating with brand partners to join traffic focused and sale focused marketing plans, maintaining profitability targets

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between various teams, facilitating communication and coordination to achieve seamless collaboration and execution.

  • Cross functional collaboration: Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product to push initiatives forward


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline from a reputed university.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sale, category management, business development within the Electronics industry, in a relevant industry. ideally in retail chains, brand-side, or distribution,

  • A natural salesperson with a track record of exceeding targets and building high-impact partnerships

  • Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and driving category growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to quickly analyze problems and implement scalable solutions.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Innovative and independent thinker with a track record of thriving in startup or dynamic settings.

  • Strong business acumen and an interest in entrepreneurial ventures.

  • Successful experience in negotiation and relationship management, both internally and externally.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Confident in engaging with diverse stakeholders and delivering effective presentations.

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and support professional development.
