We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager/Deputy Manager – Commercial (Food & Beverage) who will act as the second-in-command of the Commercial Department and support the department head in overall commercial operations.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in managing overall commercial activities of the Food & Beverage division.
Lead and supervise day-to-day commercial operations including import, export, procurement coordination, and supply chain documentation.
Handle LC opening, amendment, retirement, and related banking procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers, C&F agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of imported raw materials and goods.
Monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Prepare and verify commercial documents such as PI, CI, BL, Invoice, Packing List, EXP, and related documents.
Maintain strong communication with banks, vendors, and internal departments for smooth commercial operations.
Support cost optimization, inventory planning, and procurement activities.
Prepare commercial reports, MIS, and operational updates for management.
Ensure compliance with VAT, customs, and trade regulations.
Lead, mentor, and monitor junior team members within the department.
