∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hospitality Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Home.
∎ Monitor all operational aspects of the Branch including housekeeping, quality of food, daily billings & payments, booking information and customer support.
∎ Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately of the Branch.
∎ Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities of the Super Home.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety for the customers and employees.
∎ Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
∎ Applications must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work in a team.
∎ Confident and dynamic personality
Salary: Negotiable
