Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 40 years
Must be fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/ Lumion / D5 Renderer.
Must have patience & competence to work under pressure.
Positive mindset to work in a challenging and dynamic work environment with the willingness to grow.
Outgoing, friendly, commanding, influencing, punctual, innovative, and leadership capabilities are required.
Should be smart & presentable.
Responsibilities & Context:
Create & design projects in a trendy, unique, and innovative way using appropriate tools/software.
Prepare project wise BOQ documents.
Client meeting & side visit.
Plan & prepare projects and represent it to the potential clients in a charismatic way.
Supervise project and complete it within time limit.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales & marketing to immediate supervisor.
Any other task assigned by management.
