∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architectural design & Consultancy, Project solutions, Interior & exterior firm, Construction.
∎ Software Proficiency: Auto CAD -2D/3D, 3D Studio Max, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, V-ray Rendering Expert, MS office, Specialized in Lumion & Sketch up, and expertise in BOQ is Preferable.
∎ Outgoing, pleasant, communicating, influencing, punctual, innovative, and leadership capabilities are required.
∎ Positive mindset to work in a challenging and dynamic work environment with the willingness to grow.
∎ Should be smart & presentable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create & design projects in a trendy, unique, and innovative way using appropriate tools/software.
∎ Prepare project wise BOQ documents.
∎ Client meeting & side visit.
∎ Plan & prepare projects and represent it to the potential clients in a charismatic way.
∎ Supervise project and complete it within time limit.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales & marketing to immediate supervisor.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
