Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have effective expertise and experience in bringing work through effective marketing in terms of exterior, interior, duplex, triplex, high-rise building design, construction solution, furniture supply, and relevant field.
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
∎ Identify and develop sources of potential clients and effectively communicate with them.
∎ Collection of bills and payments.
∎ Develop and maintain an efficient network to ensure and achieve the sales targets.
∎ Promote & represent company products/services in a charismatic way.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to immediate supervisor.
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed in case of experienced candidates.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
