Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed university.
• Professional Membership: Must be an Associate Member of IAB (Institute of Architects Bangladesh).

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• 2–3 years of experience in architectural design and working drawing preparation.
• Must have good knowledge of working drawings for residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Revit and rendering software will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptual, schematic, and detailed design development.

• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.

• Support senior architects in design coordination and project documentation.

• Prepare working drawings, BOQ, and design details under supervision.

• Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and interior teams.

• Visit project sites and report design-related issues to the design team.

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing archives.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed university.

• Professional Membership: Must be an Associate Member of IAB (Institute of Architects Bangladesh).
