Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science
∎ M.Sc. in Crop production technology / Soil Science / Entomology / Plant Physiology / Agricultural Extension would get preference
∎ Skills Required: Agriculture Project, Microsoft Excel, Power Point knowledge

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Back Office Attachment
∎ Develop, monitor, and evaluate agricultural information service operations.
∎ Maintain Documents for tests and technical report writing.
∎ Cooperate with the marketing team for field deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of the service provided to the farmers.
∎ Design, develop and upgrade crop-specific training modules/PowerPoint presentations/hand-outs/live demo.
∎ Provide crop consultancy (i.e., production technology, budgeting, infestation, and remedies) to the farmers in-person and remotely over the phone/in-app video calls.
∎ Front Field Attachment
∎ Act as a person-to-go for the farmers in the field and deliver actionable information to them regarding crop production technology, plant nutrition, plant protection, infestation identification, and pest management methods.
∎ Disseminate our technological innovations among farmers by organizing workshops and conducting seminars.
∎ Conduct field extension campaigns, arrange farmers' training, engage field staff and streamline field operation according to the organization's quarterly plan.
∎ Maintain liaison with local extension officers, exchange information, and experience in relevant sectors on demand.
∎ Plan, lead, and execute commercial productions of high-value crops (maize, mustard, soybean, sunflower, etc), spices, vegetables.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fantastic mass communication and extension support skills.
∎ Standard expertise in MS word, excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Standard knowledge base about precision technologies, digital instrumentation, climate-smart agricultural practices around the world.
∎ Must have strong participatory leadership ability and knowledge in Corporate Governance.
∎ Excellent Bangla and English in speaking, reading and writing.
∎ Must be organized and be able to manage different situations.
∎ Standard knowledge about SDGs and their target agendas.
∎ Open-minded, willing to experiment within acceptable boundaries, enthusiasm to iterate, learn, and deploy.
∎ Be able to work independently and contribute to the team.
∎ Flexible to some level of traveling to the countryside and abroad on demand.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
