Job Context:
∎ Will be responsible for assisting clients- Visa application, provide visa requirement related info, ensure documentation, visa procedure, etc.
∎ Processing visa applications efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the visa and holiday department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
∎ Ensure compliance with visa regulations and requirements, and keep up-to-date with any changes or updates.
∎ Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with visa applications.
∎ Coordinate with external agencies, embassies, and consulates to obtain visas and resolve any issues related to visa applications.
∎ Plan and organize holiday packages for clients, including flights, accommodation, and activities.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best rates for holiday packages and ensure profitability.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote visa and holiday services, and increase sales.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including handling any complaints or issues that may arise.
∎ Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job responsibilities effectively.
∎ Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial statements, and other relevant data to monitor performance and make informed business decisions.
