Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should have proven experiences of maintaining books of Asset, preparing report, and doing other accounting activities;
∎ Knowledge on people management;
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience of building excellent working relationships, both internally and externally;
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel);
∎ Demonstrated track record of establishing and managing Assets and accounting systems, overseeing and working/facing with audits, and other related local regulations;
∎ Understanding of the Government of Bangladesh’s Asset Management requirements.

∎ The Asset Management Officer will be reportable to the Finance Head of the organization;
∎ S/he will remain responsible for managing asset management functions of the Organization;
∎ S/he will also be responsible for working on asset management independently;
∎ S/he should be able to maintain good coordination and communication with inventory and procurement team and project personnel;
∎ S/he will have to maintain books of assets, prepare inventory and asset reports and undertake audit and financial monitoring;
∎ S/he will also have to do inventory and procurement management activities etc.
