Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced ASO Specialist & Growth Manager who can take full ownership of app store visibility, organic installs, and conversion optimization. This role requires a strong growth mindset, focusing not just on keyword updates but on improving rankings, conversion, and installs through data-driven decisions and continuous experimentation across the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy for Google Play & App Store.

• Improve organic installs, keyword rankings, and store conversion rate through continuous optimization.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ranking tracking.

• Optimize app titles, descriptions, and metadata based on performance data and search trends.

• Plan and optimize store creatives with a strong focus on conversion.

• Run A/B tests and experiments on store listings, messaging, and positioning.

• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights on organic growth, user behavior, and funnel improvement.

• Collaborate with Ads and Influencer Marketing teams to improve overall acquisition funnel performance.

• Identify and execute additional organic growth opportunities beyond ASO.
