Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of Home Loan within assigned territory.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationship with existing & potential customers and provide good customer service.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
∎ Liaise with supervisor/other support departments for processing files and approval. Remain aware of retail products and their features.
∎ Manage overdue prudently.

∎ Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla.
