Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all the outlets by guiding, directing and managing Outlet Supervisors and the retail team works in those outlets
∎ Daily visit at least four outlets and cross checking with the checklist of policy
∎ Physically check all the equipment and guide the sales team for any discrepancy
∎ In charge of multiple outlets and will be responsible to run all the outlets smoothly, cleanly with proper discipline.
∎ Comply with marketing direction of the head office.
∎ Work on different outlets with approved schedules in sales, cash transactions and merchandising.
∎ Proactive to know what's going on in outlets
∎ Responsible to send weekly/monthly Competitive Shopping report from your area.
∎ Marketing in your area as per direction of head office and with self-initiatives.
∎ Discipline and motivate outlet supervisors to run the outlets smoothly.
∎ Enquiring the sales team about cleaning time and procedure to understand how much they are aware of the policy.
∎ Immediate solution to any emergency issues in outlets
∎ Frequent visit any maintenance issue solved on the spot
∎ Maintaining the products hygiene, Products tray cleaning, Manufacturing & expiry date checking
∎ Monitoring proper stocks of products in outlets
∎ Coordinate with and report to Manager, Operations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment
∎ Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations
