Job Context:
∎ Halda Valley Food & Beverage Limited produces high-quality specialty teas for millions of tea lovers in Bangladesh and across the world. We aim to create and promote great-tasting, healthier, organic beverages while maintaining our uncompromising principles while we grow. To increase our market share, we are looking to employ a driven and experienced area sales manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of field sales representatives.
∎ We are looking for a passionate and target oriented person who will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of Halda Valley Food & Beverage Limited in a particular geographical area and generate revenue by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. To be successful as an Area Sales Officer, you should be committed to driving sales and adept at managing a sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Route plan wise regular field visit.
∎ Every territory at least two times visit per week.
∎ Always have to be active in official tracking system.
∎ Achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
∎ Ensure product availability & display in assigned area.
∎ Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis report to line supervisor
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
∎ Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
∎ Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
∎ Ensure perfect and fast implementation of company's activity (visibility tools, launches, loyalty programs)
∎ Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
∎ Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects and ensure the excellence in execution in field sales management.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
∎ Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics
∎ Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment
∎ Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding sale targets.
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
∎ Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
∎ Excellent communication and 'people skills'

∎ Good business sense
