Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop monthly and quarterly sales targets and achievement.
∎ Supervise and support the sales team to achieve their sales target.
∎ Plan and execute regular market visits to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market conditions.
∎ Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports summarizing sales performance, and team activities for management review.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
