Job Responsibilities
- Strategizing, Developing and implementing sales plan, dealer recruitment plan and marketing techniques aligned with the organization objectives.
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the team attain the set target
- Leading, supervising and monitoring sales team all over the country.
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the individual team member attain the set target
- Conduct training and motivating sessions for the existing team and new recruits to achieve the target
- To take responsibility to achieve targets both-in volume and value
- Facilitate management team to review and evaluate business performance in business review.
- Business performance analyses based on systems/data (develop/manage/access) and capturing market operation insights relevant to sales, service and marketing.
- Explorer new potential business locations in the assigned area.
- Must have an experience with Mobile Accessories
