Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and supervise retail staff across designated retail outlets to ensure they meet sales target and customer service objectives.
∎ Provide training to showroom staffs if need to develop their skills and enhance their job performance.
∎ Ensure compliance at all levels in the retail experience with company policies and procedures.
∎ Develop and implement various sales promotion and marketing campaigns to achieve seasonal and annual sales target.
∎ Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales.
∎ Develop policies for effective and attractive merchandising of goods in retail stores.
∎ Carry out weekly inventory analysis for each store and generate delivery, replenishment and transfer order of various styles to ensure proper inventory levels in all retail outlets.
∎ Ensure the right stock and styles are delivered to the retail outlets on time by coordinating with the distribution center staff and other team member.
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedure to minimize costs of retail operation and minimize inventory loss.
∎ Handle and effectively solve all various day to day retail shop operation matters to ensure smooth operation.
∎ To monitor competitor's activities regularly and give feedback to the respective manager
∎ Be complying with the company's code of conduct and make the team abide by the company's policy & procedure in the sales team management.
∎ Any other task may assign by the top Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants must should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail fashion brand
∎ Good reporting skills,
∎ Must have professional skills on Microsoft Office,
