Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet the top line objectives set for the assigned area.
∎ Manage the infrastructure and brand assets present in assigned area.
∎ Managing channel partners - Distributor & Retailers.
∎ Coach and train the sales force.
∎ Execute monthly, quarterly & annual sales target.
∎ Review the progress on the Sales and Distribution plan effectively and thereby make necessary corrections for execution.
∎ Manage cost for the Area, which will in turn help us meet the Area P&L.
∎ Implement Process across Claim settlement, Market coverage, Report writing, Review process - to develop an efficient environment.
∎ Assist Marketing activities to achieve objectives, thru effective implementation of Programs and help in achieving Sales metrics.
∎ Interact with Cross Functional teams, where necessary to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the department.
