With an aim to strengthening nationwide brand visibility and retail execution, the company is now looking for a dynamic Deputy/Manager – BTL Marketing for its brand itel, who can play a pivotal role in driving market presence through strategic BTL initiatives, ensuring flawless execution across channels, and leading end-to-end visibility, GTM, and project management activities.
Job Responsibilities
Terminal Visibility Management:
Drive and maintain terminal visibility for itel Mobile across BO, SIS, GRT, and other key market segments.
Ensure high-quality execution of BTL marketing activities, conduct regular field audits, and report execution quality to management.
Terminal Item Maintenance:
Identify maintenance needs for terminal items, assign tasks to vendors, and work closely with Sales teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Track and monitor the progress of terminal maintenance and ensure issue resolution within agreed timelines.
Market Engagement & Project Management:
Lead key BTL projects, ensuring proactive engagement with the market, including retail teams, dealers, and sales teams.
Drive market activities and ensure successful project execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Management & Leadership:
Lead and guide to ensure efficient planning and execution of BTL activities.
Track the movement and execution of TMS tasks on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring surprise visits to assess task completion and quality.
GTM & POSM Execution:
Take ownership of the creative work (basic design work in AI, Photoshop) to support retail visibility requirements.
Oversee the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy execution, ensuring timely preparation, execution, and monitoring.
Manage POSM from planning, design, production, and in-field execution, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
Execution Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor the execution of BTL activities in the field and collect relevant reports for management review.
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly execution reports to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with distributors and DSRs to drive BTL activity implementation and ensure performance targets are met. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including the Sales team (ASM/ASE), RSM, and BU Heads.
