Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Distribution Management
Drive sell-in and sell-out performance as per assigned targets.
Ensure All series sales achievement and market penetration.
Monitor product coverage, tertiary sales, and stock lifting to ensure availability and movement.
Team Management & Development
Build, coach, and train the sales team to enhance performance.
Regularly review sales progress and adjust strategies to align with market conditions.
Develop a motivated and skilled sales force to drive growth.
Process Implementation & Reporting
Establish and enforce structured processes across sales operations.
Provide timely reports on sales performance, distribution, and team productivity.
Conduct regular market reviews to track progress and identify improvement areas.
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage any other duties as assigned by the department to support business objectives.
