To strengthen our sales channel, we are currently seeking energetic, well-mannered, and high-potential professionals to join our TECNO Training Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regional BP sales team training and development programs
Deliver product training for sales teams and promoters
Recruit, train, and manage sales promoters
Perform market visits to support sales management and execution
Monitor market performance and ensure sales target achievement
Develop new Brand Promoters through:
Sales process orientation
Individual coaching plans
Product orientation sessions
Providing necessary resources and ongoing support
Improve individual performance by:
Maintaining training policies and procedures
Conducting regular coaching and training sessions
Developing performance improvement initiatives
Ensure strict compliance with company rules and regulations
Demonstrate strong passion for sales skill development and capability enhancement
Track sales promoter productivity and arrange target-focused sales training
Prepare and execute regional training plans and training materials
Support training objectives by recommending budget items and controlling costs
Perform any other duties assigned by the department as required
