With an aim to strengthen brand visibility, consumer engagement, and market penetration, the company is now looking for an energetic and result-oriented BTL Marketing Manager for its brand, Infinix. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in planning and executing impactful Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives, driving consumer activations, enhancing retail branding, and ensuring successful Go-to-Market execution to support business growth and brand leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Shop Development, Construction Planning & Management: Plan and oversee the development, renovation, and maintenance of exclusive brand outlets, and retail outlets. Ensure all shop layouts comply with brand standards and are completed within budget and timeline.
Retail Branding Planning & Management: Develop and execute retail branding strategies to strengthen brand’s visibility across exclusive stores and multi-brand outlets. Ensure consistent implementation of brand identity and visual merchandising guidelines.
Gift & POSM Planning & Management: Plan, procure, and manage promotional gifts and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) to support product launches and marketing campaigns. Ensure timely distribution, and proper utilization across all sales channels.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning & Management: Develop and execute Go-to-Market plans for new product launches and promotional initiatives. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective market execution and channel readiness.
Consumer Campaign Planning & Management: Plan and implement consumer engagement campaigns, promotional activities, roadshows, and in-store activations to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Team Management & KPI Monitoring: Lead and manage the BTL Marketing team by setting clear objectives, monitoring KPIs, and providing guidance to achieve departmental goals. Foster collaboration and continuous performance improvement.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Retail, Training, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and operational activities.
HQ Shipment Planning & Management: Plan and monitor the shipment and distribution of marketing materials, branding assets, display units, and promotional items from headquarters to regional offices and retail outlets. Ensure timely delivery and inventory control.
Supplier Management & Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and suppliers responsible for branding materials, events, and promotional activities. Monitor quality, and ensure timely project completion.
Budget Development & Implementation: Prepare annual and campaign-specific BTL marketing budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective execution. Track budget utilization and recommend optimization opportunities where necessary.
Marketing & Branding Material Planning & Management: Plan, develop, and manage the marketing and branding materials, including signage, display fixtures, promotional collateral, and other visual communication assets. Ensure consistency with corporate brand guidelines.
Event & Activation Planning & Management: Plan and execute product launch events, shopping mall activations, campus campaigns and other experiential marketing initiatives to increase brand engagement and product visibility.
Marketing Material Display Guideline Planning & Management: Develop and implement display and visual merchandising guidelines for retail outlets to ensure standardized product presentation and maximum brand visibility. Conduct regular market visits and audits to ensure compliance.
