Major Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales and collection targets for modern trade channels.

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts.

  • Ensure product listing, proper shelf placement, visibility, and planogram execution.

  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and branding activities in coordination with the marketing team.

  • Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and minimize stock-outs across all outlets.

  • Analyze sales data, track outlet-wise performance, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand presence in modern trade channels.

  • Lead, supervise, and develop the sales team by setting KPIs and providing regular guidance.

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution and competitor activities.
