Major Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets for modern trade channels.
Manage and develop relationships with key accounts.
Ensure product listing, proper shelf placement, visibility, and planogram execution.
Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and branding activities in coordination with the marketing team.
Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and minimize stock-outs across all outlets.
Analyze sales data, track outlet-wise performance, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Identify new business opportunities and expand presence in modern trade channels.
Lead, supervise, and develop the sales team by setting KPIs and providing regular guidance.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution and competitor activities.
