Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategizing, Developing, and implementing sales plan, dealer recruitment plan, and marketing techniques aligned with the organization's objectives.
∎ Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the team attains the set target
∎ leading, supervising, and monitoring sales teams all over the country.
∎ Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the individual team member attains the set target, conducting training and motivating sessions for the existing team and recruits to achieve the goal, and taking responsibility for achieving targets both in volume and value
∎ Facilitate management team to review and evaluate business performance in business review.
∎ Business performance analyses based on systems/data (develop/manage/access) and capturing market operation insights relevant to sales, service, and marketing.
∎ Explore new potential business locations in the assigned area. Must have experience with Mobile Accessories
