Additional Requirements:
  • Age 27 to 38 years
  • At least 3 years of experience in smartphone marketing for FMCG companies, with demonstrated expertise in campaign planning and execution; overseas experience is a plus.

  • Strategic Planning & Creativity: Strong skills in marketing strategy, creative development, and integrated communication with the ability to manage complex projects effectively.

  • Responsibility & Provocativeness: A high degree of responsibility, strong learning ability, and a proactive attitude with the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Life-cycle  Marketing Management: Oversee the entire marketing lifecycle of the new product launch, including the launch event, launch communications, and seasonal promotions. Work with the local marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans and ensure high-quality execution. 

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Identify unique selling points, craft persuasive product messaging, and develop strategies to enhance consumer perception of the product. 

  • Market Trend Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Monitor market trends, conduct user surveys, analyze consumer behavior, and identify new growth opportunities. Guide the local marketing team in crafting core campaign themes that align with user needs and resonate with market demands.

  • Creative & Media Asset Development: Lead the idea, production, and distribution of core marketing assets for key campaigns. Support the team in creating popular keywords and topics across digital media platforms. 

  • Budget Management & Optimization: Oversee and control the marketing budget for campaigns. Continuously refine and enhance existing strategies to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.
