Major Responsibilities:
Think & work strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
Achieve sales goals and collection target for the respective sales channels.
Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan and target.
To drive for sales collection both current and dues from the market with monthly reporting.
Explore and create new sales territories as per market & growth need.
Develop and implement sales practices, methodology, tools and tactics.
Develop tools to measure and improve sales performance.
Regular market visit and maintaining healthy business relationship with existing stakeholders, retailers and distributors.
To lead the sales team by evaluating their skills, identify training need, setting KPI and to train them to achieve desired performance.
Coordinate with technical team to develop proper monitoring and reporting system of all the activities and performance of the sales team in line to set KPI and Company objectives and targets.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
Assist in the development of sales incentive programs and standards for performance
