Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Company objectives along with retail coverage, territory volume and value target through Company sales force and distribution Monitoring and ensuring lifting according to plan.
∎ Administer field sales team (Sales Representative, sales Officer/DSR/Third party field Force) of assigned sales area in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement.
∎ Communicate with SR and prepare daily attendance report.
∎ Maintain daily tour plan.
∎ Sales and stock register check and prepare report.
∎ Ensure product delivery regularly according, sales order.
∎ Guide and provide filed training to Sales Officer.
∎ Prepare daily sales report.
∎ Motivate the Distributors & Sales persons.
∎ Create strong Distributors channel.
∎ Identify new distributors.
∎ Maintain continuous connection with dealers and retailers.
∎ Provide sales plan for designated area.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Management
∎ Set action plan, new dealer setup and organize to meet the progress of monthly primary and secondary business target from assigned business areas.
∎ Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
∎ Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
∎ Setting sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
∎ Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
∎ Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
∎ Positive, self-motivated, problem solver with career oriented working mindset.
∎ Maintain all relevant data, distribution stock, and sales tracking sheet regularly and send it to relevant authority as per provided guideline.
∎ Valid driving license and mindset needed to ride in motorbike extensively will give priority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (ASM) in any FMCG company.
∎ Energetic and determined to develop career in Sales and Marketing will get preference.
∎ Understanding the basics of sales & distribution with in the area sales of Consumer food & FMCG.
∎ Strong analytical ability & leadership quality.
∎ Ability to travel frequently.
∎ Multi-tasking ability & capability to handle pressure.
∎ Strong Negotiable skill to manage team members.
∎ Ready and willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
