Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post graduate in any discipline from UGC approved institute.
∎ MBA in any discipline preferably Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve primary target and other target parameters (Category/SKU wise Vol) from assigned area by effective target planning.
∎ Ensure effective communication of sales schemes and category wise consumer promotions in the assigned market.
∎ Expansion of district level business volume and value.
∎ Execute sales growth plan and sales drive by managing sales team members efficiently.
∎ Monitoring retail management as per the company guideline.
∎ Reporting to the assigned supervisor on daily basis.
∎ District level market share and Retail level counter share maintenance.
∎ Supervise Sales Officer's daily activities and ensure day end achievement.
∎ Ensure category and SKU wise stock availability in all active retails.
∎ Ensure Retail Claim calculation and smooth disbursement by finance.
∎ Focus on Retails through extensive market visit and building long term trade relationship with all channel partners.
∎ Ensure team members KPI achievements and necessary grooming of team members.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies of Cosmetics & Toiletries products.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Identify product improvements or new products by remaining on current industry trends, market activities and competitors.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
∎ Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities of all products.
∎ Dealer setup, monitoring and organizing the distributor for placing the product smoothly.
∎ Visit territories to ensure that Sales forces are getting appropriate guidelines, motivation and support.
∎ Must manage the relationship with existing and potential clients.
∎ Inspire the team to achieve targets fixed by the company.
∎ Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
∎ Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing and submit daily work reports, on a regular basis.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years' experience in relevant area.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office.
∎ Highly experience to work in banking sectors, financial institutions, corporate house & Insurance Company candidates will get preference.
∎ Motor Bike user will be given preference.
∎ Good inter-personal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
